The Mutts will perform at noon in the visitor’s center for WDVX’s Blue Plate Special, along with Sampson, Mack, and Smeed. It’s free to attend, as always.
An open forum sponsored by the Baker Center, the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and the TVA will get started at 1 p.m. at the Baker Center. The event is free to attend, but seating is limited, so they’re asking anyone interested to register. More info here.
Slow Food Tennessee Valley will have its monthly happy hour at the Casual Pint on Thunderhead Road. It gets started at 5:30. Snacks and kids are welcome, and all pints are $1 off.
At 8, catch the Marble City 5 perform on Market Square as part of the Jazz on the Square series. It’s free to attend. Bring your lawn chairs!
